Your Typical Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and manage antibody lead discovery and optimization against novel peptide-HLA targets using yeast display
- Lead antibody bi/multispecific design, screening, and characterization to support development candidate nomination against peptide-HLA targets
- Peptide-HLA binding specificity determination using proprietary yeast display peptide libraries
- Molecular cloning of antibodies & bispecifics for recombinant expression
- Mentor RA/SRAs to support company projects
- Work in a matrixed team environment, routinely collaborating with Protein Science and Biology groups
Required Qualifications:
- Doctoral (PhD) degree and 2-6 years relevant industry experience in immuno-oncology and bispecific therapies
- Experience with yeast display antibody engineering
- Experience with SPR for antibody/bispecific affinity measurement
- Experience in designing and generating libraries for antibody optimization
- Experience in molecular biology techniques
- Ability to work independently to design, execute, interpret, and troubleshoot experiments
- A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

The annual salary range for this position is $140,000 USD to $160,000 USD. This salary range is an estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this posted position and the actual salary may vary based on various factors, including without limitation individual education, experience, tenure, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This position is also eligible for annual performance bonus, benefits, paid time off and participation in company stock options.
